Each lead includes contact information, credit ranking, home value, and state. The Refinance Leads include the reason for the refinance, current interest rate and LTV. We do not require any long term contracts or any minimum orders for our leads. Once your account is set up, you are in control of when you receive your leads. You can change, put on hold, or stop your account at any time.

We have thresholds on our leads, and if they do not meet these requirements, they will not be sold:

• Poor Credit - Approx 620 and below credit score
• Home values under $100k
• Currently in Bankruptcy or a Bankruptcy in the last year
